Shipping Information

Despite living in a world of immediacy, we prefer to take a little more time and care with your orders. Most of our items are hand-crafted, small batch made to order goods and apparel. As a small, independently owned business, most items are made-to-order and will be shipped as soon as possible. Typical processing time is 3-5 business days before your order gets shipped out.

*Please note that processing times may vary depending on volume / holidays, and is contingent on fulfillment speed at our processing center.

 

return/exchange policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your unused item(s) within 10 business days of receipt of your order. Returns must be in their original condition and in all of their original packaging. The Paganista will not accept returned items with any signs of use, wear or damage.

For all returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the order and additional shipping fees that may occur for exchanges.

All paper items or custom pieces are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

All Sale Items are Final Sale.

*PLEASE NOTE* for clothing orders, Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. This includes cancelling or swapping of any sizes or items within your order.

US RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

If you are within the 10 business day window and would like to process a return or exchange, please email: hello@thepaganista and provide your order number along with the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. As we are a small team and much of our products are made to order, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item.

Items sent back for return must be received clean and unworn.

  • Items must not arrive damaged, stained, smelling of smoke, etc. 

  • If you receive a broken, defective, or damaged item in your shipment, you must email us at hello@thepaganista.com so that we can take care of you.

    • Please include photo images of these items.

    • In cases like these, you may or may not be required to send items back.
